Re: Configuring Actions in ITSM

Hi Tobias,

 

For ITSM all the action profile is mapped to the status change and email notification.

 

ex:

 

"if you changed the status  it will trigger the mail like the mail action will needs to setup.

 

Status : New, Inprocess, Forward, tester action, proposed action "

 

ITSM is not like ChaRM action change in SM_CRM.
