Hello,

 

Please make sure you maintained the following customizing for the transaction type.

 

-) Menu Customer Relationship Management -> Transactions -> Basic Settings -> Define Transaction Types.

-) Select your transaction

-) Goto menu CHANNEL and enter your transaction.
