Please make it around 50GB

1. Which other alternate copy profile could help, instead of use SAP_ALL? Please note: this is an IDES System

It depends what data you want to copy. If you want to copy entire client specific data then use SAP_ALL. If only customization then use SAP_CUST.

1. How big is the Client 800 inside IDES?

As per SAP note 2012989 - IDES ERP 6.0 incl. EHP7 DB size for sybase would be around 250GB.

1. Other suggestions?

Why don't you use the default client 800 which is delivered by SAP.
